- Free/complimentary product policy: Orders shipped with a free/complimentary product are only subject to return if both the original and complimentary gift are returned in original condition with tags.
- Inspection & processing: All returns are evaluated before being processed. It usually takes 7–10 working days for us to receive the package you return.
