- Return the merchandise to us in its original packing along with the invoice. Do note that we do not offer exchange of our products.
- In case of missing or damaged products, you need to initiate return request within 24 hours of delivery through your account and provide all necessary details including images or call/email our support centre - email- Support@vihaanlifestyle.com.in, call- 91 22 46732229.
- Customer can only return within 10 days, starting from the day of delivery of your product.
- All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags.
- Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, returned within 10 days.
- All orders that have been shipped with a Free/Complimentary product are only subject to return if both the Original and complimentary gift are returned in original condition with Tags.
- All returns are evaluated before being processed. Please note that it usually takes 7-10 working days to receive the package you return. Once we receive your return, In case of prepaid orders, please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return & reverse your payment. In case of Cash on Delivery Returns, it may take up to 10- 15 business days to refund the amount back to your account. Apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this delay.
In case the customer is unable to provide the banking details for refund, we can offer coupon code of the same value which can be redeemed on the website. The coupon code validity can be confirmed with our customer service team.
Warranty Policy
We at EEBAGAA offer a 6-month warranty for any manufacturing defect on all our merchandise.
Under this policy, we provide free repair service only (No refund/exchange will be processed). However, in case of mishandling of the product, the repair will be processed on a chargeable basis.
Mishandling of product will include mark or stains, cut caused by any sharp object, burns, wrong cleaning attempts, colour migration, etc.
